Relief and recovery operations are ongoing on multiple fronts: 3,395 displaced people are sheltering across 34 holding centers in Rasuwa and Nuwakot, and child-protection assessments have identified 102 orphaned and 439 separated children needing family tracing. Nuwakot has reached 99% electrification, while road access remains a major challenge with several alternate routes to Kathmandu and Rasuwa in use or under repair. Relief supplies (food, medical, WASH, shelter, and NFI items) totaling over 941,000 units have been dispatched from Kathmandu, alongside cash support of NPR 135 million to 15 affected local governments, and 10 Women-Friendly Spaces and 18 Child-Friendly Spaces have been set up to support psychosocial care and protection in the affected districts.
