ROYM-Nepal has been actively working from 3rd day of disaster (Floods) in Rasuwa and Nuwakot, both districts. They have supported medicines and clothes to the victims of both districts. And currently in partnership with UNWOMEN, they are now operating community kitchen (providing 4 times meal every day) to 400 victims/survivors in 4 holding centers of both districts. This is ongoing and we are supporting them for one to three months now.
They have also carried our GEDSI rapid assessment taking samples of some affected areas and report is being released. Further, they are also planning for early recovery and recovery phases with some ongoing need assessments.
