The Asian Disaster Reduction and Response Network (ADRRN) is currently in the process of formulating a comprehensive, survivor-centred PSEAH policy. As a first step in this journey, ADRRN is convening a collaborative brainstorming session with its members, consortium partners, and key stakeholders. This session aims to explore the current PSEAH landscape, identify practical challenges and opportunities, and gather insights that will shape the foundation of an inclusive and effective policy framework for the network.
Session Objectives:

- Understand the concept and critical importance of PSEAH in humanitarian contexts, particularly concerning power dynamics and the vulnerabilities of affected populations
- Recognise the roles and responsibilities of both individuals and organisations in preventing and responding to sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment.
- Apply survivor-centred principles through practical mechanisms, including codes of conduct, safe reporting systems, referral pathways, and policy development within the ADRRN framework.
