This webinar will share key findings from a baseline study conducted in Kurigram, Bagerhat, and Cox’s Bazar by the Institute of Disaster Management and Vulnerability Studies (IDMVS) of the University of Dhaka. The study highlights critical challenges, lessons learned, and evidence-based recommendations to enhance community-led disaster preparedness. Its goal is to assist in implementing the Standing Orders on Disaster (SOD) 2019 and contribute to the revision of the National Plan for Disaster Management (NPDM).
